Terms & Conditions Governing Your Use of 77ca

Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 77ca ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services provided at https://77ca.io and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or applications operated under the 77ca brand.

By accessing the 77ca platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming any promotional offer, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

77ca reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the contact details held on their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 77ca Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and 77ca.

Eligibility & Registration

Use of the 77ca platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 77ca operates a strict 21+ policy and will request age-verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be under any legal restriction that would prohibit you from participating in online gambling activities.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement, whether initiated by yourself through 77ca's responsible gaming tools or through any third-party exclusion register.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended 77ca account. Each individual is entitled to register and maintain exactly one account.

Account Management

Each registered player is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other individual to access or use your account on your behalf.

3.1 Account Security

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77ca accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment channels:

All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made via Bangladeshi payment methods.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction ceilings. Deposits are credited to your 77ca balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 77ca does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed around the clock and credited to your registered payment method, typically within minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 77ca reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals that exceed defined risk thresholds before releasing funds.

Where a bonus has been credited to your account, the associated wagering requirements must be met in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Withdrawal of the original deposit amount is not affected by outstanding wagering requirements unless the deposit was received as part of a deposit-match promotion.

Bonuses & Promotions

77ca offers promotional bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available to players who have completed full KYC verification unless the specific promotion states otherwise. New player welcome offers are limited to one claim per individual, household, device, and payment account.

Betting Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, 77ca's Terms shall prevail in relation to account management, payment processing, and bonus eligibility. 6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and stakes returned where: (a) a technical malfunction affects the game outcome; (b) a bet is placed at incorrect odds or prices due to a manifest error; (c) the underlying event is cancelled or abandoned; or (d) 77ca has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed using information not publicly available at the time of placement (inside information).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software component; or remove or alter any copyright, trade mark, or proprietary notice.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 77ca platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice from either party may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process available via 77ca's customer support team. All formal dispute submissions must be made in writing to [email protected] and must include the Player's account username, the date of the disputed event, and a clear description of the issue and the remedy sought.

77ca will acknowledge all formal written dispute submissions within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days of acknowledgement. Response times are measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
